- Audio generation credits are used when you generate audio for your podcast. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and any unused credits roll over to the next month indefinitely—you never lose what you don't use. One second of audio generation costs one credit.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit top-ups (available on Starter plans and above) or wait for your monthly allocation to refresh. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for more credits.
- Do I own the content I create?
- Absolutely. You retain complete ownership of all content you create on Jellypod, including episodes, scripts, and generated audio. This applies to all plans, including the Free tier.
