Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Jellypod Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms of the Program as described below. Make sure you go through these documents thoroughly.

Eligibility

To participate in the Jellypod Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active and valid account with Jellypod
• Read and Agreed to the Jellypod Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Modifications to Terms of Service

Jellypod may update these Terms of Service occasionally without prior notice. By continuing with the program after changes are made, you're agreeing to the updates. We may be required to share specific information with a third-party partner to manage and operate the program effectively, per our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account Management

• You must provide accurate details, including your full legal name and a valid email address, before receiving payment.
• Only humans can register; 'bots' or automated methods are not allowed.
• You're accountable for all content and activities under your account, even those by others under your account.
• A single person or entity shouldn't maintain multiple accounts.
• Using the program for unauthorized or illegal purposes, including violating any laws in your jurisdiction, is prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of Jellypod's intellectual property, trademarks, logos, advertising terms, or any related materials, whether in connection with the program or otherwise, is not permitted. However, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable royalty-free license to: (a) use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display and prepare derivative works of our name, logo, trademarks, and other brand identifiers for the sole purpose of promoting us in a legal and non-harmful, racist, or otherwise negative way we believe causes damage to our brand.
• Directly earning money on your own Jellypod product accounts through the program is prohibited.
• Purchasing ads containing an affiliate link is prohibited.

Prohibited Practices

You may promote Jellypod using various methods in line with this agreement. You are prohibited from:

• Promoting Jellypod in a way that is deceptive, misleading, or unfair to Jellypod or its users
• Promoting Jellypod in a way that is unlawful or promotes illegal activities
• Promoting Jellypod in a way that is harmful to Jellypod's reputation or brand
• Bidding on branded keywords or terms associated with Jellypod without prior consent
• Creating content that promotes harm, discrimination, or violations of our established rules will not be tolerated and may result in immediate action, including removal and potential account suspension

Commission Structure

• Commissions will be earned for each sale of a referred paying subscriber
• Commissions are paid monthly to the best of our abilities through a third party service
• Commissions are released after the subscriber has been active for over 30 days to account for potential cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks
• The minimum payout threshold is $10
• Payments are made through our third party partner Rewardful and according to the payment method selected by the affiliate
• It is your responsibility to ensure that affiliate payment details are accurate and up-to-date

Referral Tracking

As part of this program, you will be provided with an affiliate link. It is your responsibility to use these links to track referrals. Transactions without the use of these links will not qualify for commissions.

Termination

No part of this agreement establishes any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Either party may end the agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Jellypod can also end the entire affiliate program at their discretion, terminating future commission payments.

Limitations & Disclaimers

Jellypod is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, etc.) We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Jellypod Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
